A: Orders can be called in on our toll free number, 800-749-6261, between the hours of 8:30am through 5:00pm (central standard time) Monday through Friday.

Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: Orders are shipped via UPS ground service, unless specified otherwise. Next Day, Second Day and 3 Day service is available for an additional charge.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders received by noon central standard time usually ship the same day. Orders received after that time will ship the next business day.

Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Orders can be shipped COD for an additional $8.50. Net 30 terms are available with approved credit.

Q: How do I become a Sunset Marketing artist?
A: Sunset Marketing encourages aspiring artists to submit artwork for consideration for publication of open edition posters. Please do not send original artwork. Photographs, slides, CD, or color copies can be submitted. Please include a self-addressed stamped envelope for the return of your materials.
